Kara Bayley



Originally from Southern Ontario, Kara graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree focusing on Legal Studies with a concentration in Human Rights. Throughout her time at Carleton, Kara volunteered with the University’s chapter of ACE (Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship), a charitable organization that seeks to empower its members to see entrepreneurship and business as
a means by which to address social and environmental issues. Upon graduating from University, a love for the outdoors and call to the mountains prompted Kara’s move to Whistler where she has lived her dreams of an outdoor and adventure focused lifestyle for the last nine years. Kara is empowered by education and advocacy, inspired by those in pursuit of meaningful and positive change and fulfilled by serving
mission-driven organizations.
